"In The Void" is a photography series that explores the concept of suspension and the mystery of the unknown. Working alongside Japanese 2019 World Champion, and 2010 Youth Olympic Champion Chisato Doihata (土井畑 知里), among many other National-Level Trampoline Athletes, the images feature visually unidentifiable people suspended mid-air against a black background that creates "the void". The series aims to evoke a sense of suspense and intrigue, leaving the viewer wondering how the subjects were photographed and whether they are falling up or down or getting sucked into or emerging from the blackness.
